Meet our newest ThinLine Riders
With each growing year, ThinLine has more and more professionals at the top of their sport come on board and endorse our products. These professionals not only use ThinLine products themselves, but their clients do too, and all have seen dramatic improvements in not only performance, but in both horse and rider comfort. Here are a few of the newest ThinLine riders to join the team:
Christan Trainor (Eventing)
Christan is a very talented upper level event rider (who was long listed for the Olympic team in 2000 at 18 years old!) whose most famous partner is probably just this one little
pony named Theodore O’Connor, who just so happened to take the eventing world by storm this past year under his current rider by winning virtually every horse of the year title as well as team and individual gold at the Pan Am games. Christan takes great pride in being the one to take Teddy from a Training Level eventer to an FEI level star before Karen O’Connor taking over the ride. Christan now has a new string of talented eventers coming up the ranks starting with the black TB stallion Sea Accounts, owned by DeBracy Sport Horses and Morchant, a very lovely mare owned by Christan. Both should be making their FEI level debuts this year. While she is truly a fan of every ThinLine product we make (and believe me, I think she has them all), her favorite right now is the new ThinLine reins.

Susan Dutta (Dressage)
Susan has represented the US in several international competitions and was a member of this past year’s gold medal team at the Pan Am games aboard the Hanoverian stallion Pik L, owned by Horse’s Unlimited (also big ThinLine fans!). Susan is riding in our sheepskin half pad, bell boots, and sheepskin dressage square.
Tim Malin (Dressage)
Tim was ranked as 13th last year at the Grand Prix level in just his first year showing at that level with his gorgeous (and huge!) horse Coolio and qualified for the USEF Dressage Festival of Champions—not bad. Not to mention, he’s probably one of the coolest guys ever. If you’re in his area and you need a trainer, look him up—you won’t find a kinder person to you or your horse. He also has an extensive background in the hunters and jumpers. Tim is currently in Florida training with Olympian Ashley Holzer. Andrew Diemer (Polocrosse)
At such a young age (17) this rider has accomplished a lot. In 2007, Andrew was named the APA (American Polocrosse Association) Best Under 21 Rider and has been a member of the APA’s Youth Development team since 2005. He is also a preliminary level event rider with his sights set on representing his area in the North American Young Rider’s Championships. Andrew is currently riding in our ThinLine Contour Pad and ThinLine Endurance/Polo pad, as well as some of other boot products.
